CONTI WEJ

I spent some time inside Conti Wej, a historic button factory founded in Piacenza in 1933, where craftsmanship and industrial tradition continue to coexist through generations.

The approach was documentary: rather than simply portraying production, the work aimed to capture the rhythm, gestures, materials and people that shape the identity of this place. The visual narrative is closely tied to the material world of the factory, to its light, textures and the atmosphere that emerges from moving through its spaces.
